Ingredients
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1-2 Hot Peppers or more if you like it more spicy
- 1/4 Cup Parsley
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
- 1 Lemon or Lime
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Seasoning to taste
- 1 tbsp Powdered Cloves

Instructions
- Finely chop the cabbage, onion, carrots, peppers
- Add the chopped veggies to a bowl
- Mix the lime/lemon juice, vinegar and water in a seperate bowl
- Pour the Vinegar Lemon/Lime mixture onto the chopped veggies
- Season the mixture to taste and mix well
- Allow mixture to sit for at least 12 hours before enjoying
