  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1-2 Hot Peppers or more if you like it more spicy
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary
  • 1 Lemon or Lime
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Cloves

Instructions
  1. Finely chop the cabbage, onion, carrots, peppers
  2. Add the chopped veggies to a bowl
  3. Mix the lime/lemon juice, vinegar and water in a seperate bowl
  4. Pour the Vinegar Lemon/Lime mixture onto the chopped veggies
  5. Season the mixture to taste and mix well
  6. Allow mixture to sit for at least 12 hours before enjoying
