- Add all of the chopped ingredients to the bowl of meat. All salt and powdered seasoning to taste.

- Allow the meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes. That will allow all the flavor to penetrate the meat.

- Take about a tablespoon of the marinated meat and roll it in flour and place in a pan. Do this until you run out of meat.
- Save at about 2 Tbs of marinated meat to make the meat sauce.
- Place the meatballs in the oven for at least 25 minutes.
- While the meatballs are cooking, add the 2 Tbs of meat, tomato paste, and 1 Tbs oil to a pot and allow the meat to simmer until it is cooked.
- After 5-10 minutes, add ½ cup of water to the meat. Bring it to a boil.
- When the liquid is almost finished, add onion, green pepper, hot pepper to the meat sauce.
- While the onion and peppers are frying, add butter and salt.
- Add one cup of water and allow it to come to a simmer.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and add them to the meat sauce.
- Add some slices of onion to the sauce on top of the meat.
- Squeeze ¼ of a lime into the sauce and allow the meat to simmer.
- After 5 minutes, it will be ready to serve.
