Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Add milk to the 3 slices of bread. Allow the bread to soak up the milk and then mash it up. Set it aside while you prepare the milk.
  3. Add the ground beef to a bowl.
  4. Add 1 egg and the juice of 1 lemon to the meat.
  5. Add all of the chopped ingredients to the bowl of meat. All salt and powdered seasoning to taste.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well into the meat.
  7. Add the mashed up milk bread to the meat.
  8. Allow the meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes. That will allow all the flavor to penetrate the meat.
  9. After 30 minutes, grease a pan in preparation.
  10. Take about a tablespoon of the marinated meat and roll it in flour and place in a pan. Do this until you run out of meat.
  11. Save at about 2 Tbs of marinated meat to make the meat sauce.
  12. Place the meatballs in the oven for at least 25 minutes.
  13. While the meatballs are cooking, add the 2 Tbs of meat, tomato paste, and 1 Tbs oil to a pot and allow the meat to simmer until it is cooked.
  14. After 5-10 minutes, add ½ cup of water to the meat. Bring it to a boil.
  15. When the liquid is almost finished, add onion, green pepper, hot pepper to the meat sauce.
  16. While the onion and peppers are frying, add butter and salt.
  17. Add one cup of water and allow it to come to a simmer.
  18. Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and add them to the meat sauce.
  19. Add some slices of onion to the sauce on top of the meat.
  20. Squeeze ¼ of a lime into the sauce and allow the meat to simmer.
  21. After 5 minutes, it will be ready to serve.
