- ½ Onion
- ½ Green Pepper
- ¼ Hot Pepper
- 1-2 Tb Oil

Instructions
- Start with seasoned meat. Check out how to prepare and season the chicken here.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bring the meat to a simmer. When most of the water is almost finished, add ½ cup of water and bring to a boil.
- After 15-20 minutes, when the water has boiled down a quite a bit and the meat is cooked, bake the meat for 20-25 minutes.
- While the meat is in the oven, start on the meat sauce.
- Fry tomato paste in oil until it turns into a dark red color.
- Add onion, chopped green pepper, seasoning and salt.
- When the onion and pepper have softened, add the leftover boiled meat water to the fried mixture.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- When the chicken has taken some beautiful color, add the meat to the sauce.
- Add chopped onion to the meat sauce.
- Let the sauce simmer with the chicken in it for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with rice or veggies.
