Instructions
  1. Start with seasoned meat. Check out how to prepare and season the chicken here.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Bring the meat to a simmer. When most of the water is almost finished, add ½ cup of water and bring to a boil.
  4. After 15-20 minutes, when the water has boiled down a quite a bit and the meat is cooked, bake the meat for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While the meat is in the oven, start on the meat sauce.
  6. Fry tomato paste in oil until it turns into a dark red color.
  7. Add onion, chopped green pepper, seasoning and salt.
  8. When the onion and pepper have softened, add the leftover boiled meat water to the fried mixture.
  9. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  10. When the chicken has taken some beautiful color, add the meat to the sauce.
  11. Add chopped onion to the meat sauce.
  12. Let the sauce simmer with the chicken in it for at least 5 minutes before serving.
  13. Serve with rice or veggies.
