Cup of Bannann Graje
Instructions
  1. Add cinnamon, lime peel, ginger to 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Cube the plantain to blend, you can keep the skin on.
  3. Blend the plantain in 1 cup of water.
  4. Add the plantain mixture to boiling water. Allow it to boil for at least 10 minutes to cook the plantain.
  5. Mix occasionally; the mixture will thicken.
  6. Add evaporated milk (If the mixture is too thick add another can of evaporated milk).
  7. Add sugar to taste and vanilla extract.
  8. Continue to mix the mixture frequently.
  9. While the mixture is still hot, strain the mixture.
  10. Serve Bannann Graje hot or cold.
