- ½ Cabbage
- 3 Chayote Squash
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Cup Water
- 3-4 Cups Mixed Greens
- Tomato Paste
- Epis
- Powdered Seasoning
- Salt

Instructions
- Rinse, peel, grate and chop all the veggies
- Add the veggies to a pot—the mixed green should be on top of the other veggies
- Add Epis, powdered seasoning and salt to the veggies
- Add cup of water
- Cover the pot and allow the veggies to steam cook for 20-30 minutes
- When veggies are cooked, remove the veggies from the pot. Add them to a separate bowl. Mash the veggies very well.
- After mashing the veggies, add oil to the same pot over medium heat. Add tomato paste, onions, pepper and garlic. Season as needed and roast the veggies.
- Add a bit of water to make a veggie sauce.
- Add the mashed veggies to the sauce and mix well.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add some slices of onion
- Taste and ensure that the mixture is well seasoned.
- Enjoy with rice, plantain, Haitian grits
